Hi, I’m Dorothea, the founder of the Zarina brand. This is my little treasure, created for women who love fashion, unique pieces, and often feel that a touch of extra makeup, hair, or jewelry brightens their day. Like you probably have, I’ve also run into the problem countless times that any jewelry I bought in fast fashion stores faded after just a few wears, or a ring left a green mark on my finger — making me feel cheap rather than unique, so I didn’t want to wear them anymore. In the high-end, classic jewelry world, I couldn’t really find accessories that were both fashionable and unique, while still being reasonably priced. A few years ago, during trips to Greece and Spain, I discovered boutiques where I could finally pick up unique, sometimes extravagant, or truly trend-driven gold-plated rings and necklaces. But back home, no matter how hard I searched, I never came across anything similar. That’s when I started thinking about how to make this accessible in Hungary too, without having to search for weeks or wait endlessly for a treasure to arrive. The style of Zarina reflects my own taste — and that of my girlfriends who always stand by me (thanks, girls!). Mostly statement pieces, but I also made sure to include more minimal designs. My goal is for Hungarian women to truly have access to these kinds of accessories — not only in price but also in availability, with fast delivery that makes them feel “close.” I want every woman who shops with us to wear her favorite piece of jewelry with confidence and pride, and I hope that will be the case for you too!
