We aim to pack your order within 1–3 business days, and after dispatch, delivery will take a maximum of 3 business days via FoxPost.

We provide a 6-month warranty on every Zarina piece.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, once you remove the small white Zarina tag from the jewelry, we can no longer accept returns — only in cases of quality issues within the warranty period that are not caused by external factors.

If you don’t like the jewelry you received and haven’t worn it, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.

If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your package. 
If your jewelry was delivered to a parcel locker, you can easily return it from another FoxPost parcel locker:
Find the parcel locker most convenient for you.
On the touchscreen, select the **Return Parcel** option.
Enter the same code you used when picking up the package and place the parcel inside.
Use your bank card to complete the payment through the POS terminal. The return fee is 999 HUF.
 
If the product was delivered to you by home delivery but you’ve since changed your mind, please return it using a courier service of your choice to the following address: 1051 Budapest, Erzsébet tér 1. Doorbell 26. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
 
If the jewelry has not been used and the white tag has not been removed, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding the shipping cost) within 10 business days from the arrival of your returned package.
 
If the product arrived damaged or faulty, please let us know at info@zarina.hu email address, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

We will send the amount via bank transfer within 15 days to the account you used for payment. If you paid by cash on delivery, please contact us at the following email address: info@zarina.hu .

For now, we don’t have it, but we plan to introduce it in the future.

Yes, all Zarina products are hypoallergenic, so even those with sensitive skin can wear them with confidence!
