How quickly will the product reach me?
We aim to pack your order within 1–3 business days, and after dispatch, delivery will take a maximum of 3 business days via FoxPost.
How much warranty do we provide for the products?
We provide a 6-month warranty on every Zarina piece.
Can I return the product if I’ve tried it on?
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, once you remove the small white Zarina tag from the jewelry, we can no longer accept returns — only in cases of quality issues within the warranty period that are not caused by external factors.
If I’m not satisfied with the product, how many days do I have to return it?
If you don’t like the jewelry you received and haven’t worn it, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
How can I return the product?
On the touchscreen, select the **Return Parcel** option.
If I returned the product, how will I get my money back?
We will send the amount via bank transfer within 15 days to the account you used for payment. If you paid by cash on delivery, please contact us at the following email address: info@zarina.hu .
Is it possible to purchase a gift card?
For now, we don’t have it, but we plan to introduce it in the future.
Are all products hypoallergenic?
Yes, all Zarina products are hypoallergenic, so even those with sensitive skin can wear them with confidence!
